How to make "Creamy Chocolate Cream Cheese"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your creamy chocolate cream cheese.

Heat the cream over low heat, but do not bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate.

Stir until the chocolate is dissolved and smooth. Cool the chocolate mass completely.

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and sift the icing sugar.

Whisk the cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. It should approximately double in size, it will take about 3-4 minutes.

While whisking, gradually add the chocolate cream.

Beat the mixture for 5-6 minutes. The cream should keep its shape well.

The cream can be used immediately.
