This side dish will become a favorite on your table. For the recipe, it is not necessary to use fresh vegetables, frozen ones will do. You can also improvise with a vegetable filler to your liking, add bell pepper, add curry or turmeric - and the dish will sparkle with oriental notes.

Ingredients:
- Rice - 150 Grams
- Corn - 150 Grams (canned)
- Green peas - 150 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Rice Garnish"

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil the rice in salted water until tender. You can use leftover rice from yesterday's dinner.

Dice the onions and carrots.

Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

Add the corn, draining the liquid and green peas (I used frozen).

Fry everything together for 1-2 minutes.

Add rice, salt to taste and ground pepper.

Mix everything and heat under a lid over low heat for 5 minutes. The rice garnish is ready.

You can serve the dish with fish, poultry or meat, or you can yourself with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
