How to make Processed Cheese Raffaello

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Boiled chicken eggs, already cooled, peel from the shell, rinse in water and divide into yolks and whites, grating them on a grater with fine cells in different bowls. In a container with yolks, grate the processed curds, peeling them off the foil. If the curds are not dense, then freeze them for 5 minutes in the freezer before rubbing.

Add mayonnaise, salt and a little ground black pepper to the container. Mix everything gently.

Moisten your palms in water, shave off excess moisture and form a small cake from part of the yolk mass, in the middle of which place the mussel in oil. Pin up the edges and shape into a ball.

Dip it in chopped proteins.

Spoon the melted cheese rafaello onto the washed lettuce leaves. Prepare the rest of the snack in the same way. Place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Then serve.
