Preparing such a dough is simple and quick, not counting the time when it comes up in a warm place. The pizza from it is very tasty. And whether you are preparing a thin base or thicker, the result will always be excellent. The classic recipe involves adding olive oil, but our sunflower oil also works well.

- Wheat flour - 350-400 grams
How to make "Yeast Pizza Dough"
Prepare all the ingredients for making the pizza dough.
Put yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl or mixer bowl.
Pour in warm water and oil.
Add sifted flour.
Knead a soft and elastic dough. I did it in a mixer.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and place in a warm place until it doubles to three times in volume.
Remove the dough from the bowl, knead and cook the pizza.
