How to make Starch-Free Egg Pancakes

Prepare all ingredients.

Break the eggs into a bowl, add water and salt to taste and beat with a fork or whisk until smooth.

Preheat a skillet and brush it with oil. Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture and sauté one side over medium heat first.
