How to cook "Mussel Salad"

Prepare everything according to the list, wash and dry the vegetables. Boil the chicken egg in advance and cool.

Cut the egg into small cubes and transfer to a salad bowl.

Rinse and dry the tomato, then remove the place of growth of the stalk. Cut the tomato into small cubes.

Transfer the tomato to the egg bowl. Cut fresh cucumber and hard cheese into strips, add the ingredients to the salad.

Add mussels to the salad, having previously boiled them for a few minutes. Before serving, season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper. Stir and serve the salad to the table.
