How to make Cucumber Sandwiches

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Coat one slice of bread with quality butter of any fat content. If you wish, you can make it at home using heavy cream. If you like higher fat sandwiches, brush a second slice of bread with butter.

Rinse the cucumber in water, cut off the ends and peel from the vegetable. Make sure to taste it so it doesn't taste bitter. Cut into circles and place on a layer of butter.

Cover the cucumber slice with the second slice of bread and press gently. Cut diagonally into two sandwiches. Many people recommend trimming the crump of the sandwiches, but this is not necessary unless you intend to fry them.

Put the prepared dish on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, previously washed and serve.
