- Cream - 150 Milliliters (33% fat)
- Kiwi - To taste

How to make "Fruit and Cream Baskets"

Prepare the required ingredients.

In a bowl, combine sugar, egg and vegetable oil.

Add flour, baking powder.

Knead a soft dough.

Roll out the layer on the working surface. Use a cup or glass to cut out the circles.

Prepare a baking dish. Take small paper trays. Flip them over so that the bottom is up. Place the dough circles on top of the paper tins and transfer to a baking dish or baking sheet. Turn the oven 180 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the finished baskets from the oven. Transfer to a board and refrigerate.

Make a cream. Whisk the chilled cream into a strong foam.

Add cold condensed milk and whisk again.

Fill the baskets with cream.

Arrange the fruit.
