How to cook "Pie with dried apricots and prunes"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

We send sugar, salt and lemon zest to a bowl.

Add pulp juice and refined sunflower oil.

Cut prunes and dried apricots into large pieces and pour into a bowl.

Add chopped walnuts.

Pour flour into a bowl, add slaked soda. Mix everything well.

Transfer the dough to a silicone mold and distribute it in an even layer. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, you can moisten your fingers with water or vegetable oil. We bake the cake at 180 degrees, about 30 minutes.
