Making dumplings is simple. If you are a connoisseur of ordinary yeast dough, then you will definitely succeed. As a rule, dumplings are a side dish for meat, poultry and fish dishes. But they are often served as a separate dish with various sauces. So, we are preparing dumplings.

- Water - 200 Milliliters
- Fresh yeast - 20 grams
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Sunflower oil - 3-4 Art. spoons (refined)
- Wheat flour - 400-450 grams
- Chicken egg - 1 Piece
How to cook "Dumplings"
Prepare the ingredients for making the dumplings.
Pour warm water into a bowl and add yeast, stir.
Pour in refined sunflower oil.
Add salt, sugar and sifted flour.
Break the egg into a bowl.
Knead a soft, elastic dough.
Cover the dough with cling film and place in a warm place. In an hour and a half, it will do.
Tear off pieces weighing 60-70 grams from the dough and roll them into a rectangle.
Roll the rectangle into a roll.
Place the rolls in a steamer bowl.
Cover with cling film and let stand for 20-25 minutes.
Steam the dumplings for 20-25 minutes until they are fluffy and tender.
Czech dumplings are ready. Chop them up and serve as a side dish or as a side dish with sauce.
