How to make Ducan Mayonnaise

Prepare your ingredients.

Separate the yolks of five eggs, place them in a "water bath", heat with stirring until thickened.

Chop the dill and garlic.

Pour vinegar and water over the yolks.

Whisk together the thickened yolks with vinegar and water.

Add natural yogurt or soft cottage cheese to the yolk mixture.

Add mustard there, pepper to taste, beat.

Add chopped garlic and dill to the mass, beat again.
