Ingredients:
- Coconut milk - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Coconut flakes - 50 Grams
- Sugar - 100 Grams
- Butter - 100 grams (room temperature)
- Flour - 200 Grams

How to make Coconut Milk Cookies

Prepare all ingredients.

In a bowl, combine the softened butter and flour.

Add sugar, coconut and milk. Stir until smooth.

Roll the dough into a ball, refrigerate for 10 minutes. So it will be easier to roll it later.

Sprinkle flour on the table, roll out the dough 3 mm thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the cookies.

Place the cookies on the parchment. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then cool the cookies on a baking sheet.
