A great PP breakfast that won't add extra pounds to your waist, but will fill you up until lunchtime - baked eggs in avocado. You can serve such a dish with any sauce, even with ketchup - its taste will only benefit from this. It does not take long to cook, literally 10 minutes, if you preheated the oven. Do not cook the dish in the microwave - you will have to wash the equipment inside!

How to make Eggs for Breakfast
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Choose a quality avocado with a slightly soft texture. When pressed, the fruit should not spring, but should be slightly pressed. At the same time, there should be no dark spots on the peel. Cut it vertically in half and roll the halves in your hands, they will easily separate from each other. Remove the pit with a teaspoon without damaging the avocado flesh. Place both halves in a baking dish.
Gently beat a quail egg into each hole in the fruit. If the avocado is large, then two eggs each. Using chicken eggs, first break them into a bowl or bowl, then gently spoon the yolk and quite a bit of protein into the avocado. Do not break the entire chicken egg into half of the fruit at once - it will flow into the mold.
Season the dish with salt and pepper. Do not use large dried spices, as they will burn when baked. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the eggs are done. Turn off the oven and carefully remove the dish from the appliance. Let the avocado halves cool slightly.
Put them on a plate and serve warm, remembering to brew delicious and aromatic tea or coffee.
