Ingredients:
- Milk - 1 Glass
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Flour - 200 Grams
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Cabbage - 300 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Sesame - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Zucchini - 300 Grams

How to make Vegetable Pie

Prepare all ingredients.

Dice the onion and grate the carrots.

Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

Chop the cabbage and add it to the onions and carrots.

Once the cabbage is soft and shrinking, add the coarsely grated zucchini. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.

Simmer everything together over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.

Meanwhile, beat eggs with 0.5 tsp. salt.

Add milk.

Add flour and baking soda.

Stir everything until smooth.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina and pour in half the dough. Spread the finished vegetable filling evenly on top.

Pour the remaining dough over the filling and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

The vegetable pie is ready. You can cut it and serve it immediately.
