- Light mayonnaise - 5 Tbsp. spoons
- Greens - 30 Grams
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Salt - To taste
- Ground pepper mixture - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon

How to make Vegetable Sauce

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine cream with mayonnaise and lemon juice.

Add salt and pepper and stir.

Crush the garlic through a press, finely chop the greens. Add to sauce, stir. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
