- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

How to cook "Berry Pie"
Prepare all ingredients.
Separate the yolks from the whites and mash them with sugar.
Stir everything and pour in the melted and cooled butter.
Mix everything again, add baking powder and add flour in portions.
Stir until smooth and add whipped egg whites in a separate bowl.
Stir the dough with a spatula from the bottom up and transfer to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina.
Place the berries on top. Bake the pie in the oven at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.
The berry pie is ready. If desired, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar before serving.
