- Tuna - 250 Grams (canned)
- Champignons - 200 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Egg - 4 Pieces
- Cheese - 120 Grams
- Mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
How to make "Puff Tuna Salad"
Prepare all ingredients. Pre-boil the eggs until tender and refrigerate.
Cut the champignons into cubes and fry until the liquid evaporates.
Dice the onion and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables until cooked through.
Drain all the liquid from the tuna and mash the canned food with a fork.
Lay out the salad in layers. Grease each layer with mayonnaise and salt to taste. Put the fried mushrooms in the first layer.
Spread the mashed canned food evenly on the mushrooms.
Next, lay out the fried vegetables.
Grate eggs on a coarse grater and lay out in the next layer.
Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese on top. The puff tuna salad is ready.
