How to cook "Chicken sausages"

Prepare the ingredients for making chicken sausages.

Wash the chicken fillet and mince it.

Peel the onions, wash and also pass through a meat grinder. Add the egg.

Pour in cream of any fat content.

Season with salt and pepper, add dry basil.

Mix the minced meat and beat with a blender. If there is no blender, then pass the finished minced meat through a meat grinder.

Shape the sausages. Place 2-3 tablespoons of minced meat on a plastic wrap or baking sleeve.

Roll the minced meat like candy.

These are the sausages that should turn out.

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and add the sausages. Cook for 20 minutes and remove from the pan.

The sausages are ready. But you can fry them a little in a pan.
