Prepare all ingredients.

Heat the water until warm, add sugar, yeast and stir. Leave it on for 15 minutes.

A foam cap should form on the surface.

Add salt and oil.

Add flour in portions.

Knead an elastic dough, put it in a ball, brush with vegetable oil, cover and leave warm for about 1 hour to rise.

The dough should approximately double in size.

The dough must be kneaded and rolled out into a layer 1-1.5 cm thick on a floured surface. Cut out round blanks of the desired size with a metal cutting or an ordinary glass.
