- Egg - 1 Piece

- Rye flour - 3 tbsp. spoons (can be replaced with crackers)
- Spices - 1/2 Teaspoon (for fish)
- Dill - 0.5 Bunch
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - To taste (for frying)
How to cook "Monastyrskie Fish Cakes"
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the fish into fillets, if you do not use ready-made and turn it into minced meat in any convenient way. I chopped the fillets with a blender.
Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl, add the oatmeal, sour cream and egg.
Cut the onion into small cubes, chop the herbs with a knife. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add your favorite spices.
Mix everything well.
Form the minced meat into cutlets and drench them in flour. Flour, if desired, can be replaced with bread crumbs.
Fry the patties in a frying pan in vegetable oil on both sides until tender. The fire should be slightly below average.
