Turkey meat is well suited for this salad, as it cooks quickly, it turns out to be soft and its taste is not too rich, therefore it goes well with any vegetables. Soy sauce, cheese and olive oil add a special flavor to the dish.

- Turkey fillet - 200-300 grams
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Asparagus Beans - 100 Grams
- Iceberg lettuce - 100 Grams
- Cheese - 10 Grams (hard)
- Vegetable oil - 4-5 Art. spoons
- Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Black pepper - 1 pinch
How to make Warm Turkey Salad
Let's prepare the ingredients.
Divide the iceberg lettuce into pieces and put on a flat plate.
Cut the fillet into small pieces and fry in sunflower oil, stirring occasionally.
Put the finished pieces of turkey meat on the salad.
Cooking bell peppers and asparagus beans cut into pieces. Cooking time 3-5 minutes. If the vegetables are frozen, 3 minutes is enough.
Add hot vegetables to the salad. Sprinkle with soy sauce and vegetable oil.
Sprinkle the finished salad with grated cheese and ground pepper. Enjoy your meal!
Serve the salad warm, right after cooking, adjust the amount of pepper to taste.
