- Vegetable oil - 2 Teaspoons
- Coconut flakes - 50 Grams
- Gelatin - 12 Grams

How to make "Bounty cake" without baking "

Prepare the required ingredients.

Grind the cookies in a blender or in another way into small crumbs. Pour the crumbs into a bowl, add 4 tablespoons. condensed milk, melted chocolate butter and cocoa.

Stir until dough.

Soak gelatin in cold water and leave to swell for 20 minutes.

Then dissolve the gelatin over low heat, not boiling.

Pour the chilled cream into a bowl. It is very important that it is dry and clean. Whisk the cream into a light foam.

Add the remaining condensed milk and coconut to the cream. Whisk again.

Add warm gelatin solution, beat one last time and set aside.

Take a split form, lay out with foil, spread the cookie dough on top. Tamp with a glass or palm.

Lay out the prepared cream. Do this quickly as it freezes. Flatten. Put it in the refrigerator.

Put chocolate in a saucepan, pour milk and vegetable oil. Put on low heat. Heat, stirring constantly to avoid scorching. If the chocolate has rolled into a "ball", add milk or cream, a teaspoon at a time, stirring each time.

The finished glaze should be smooth and shiny.

Take the cake out of the refrigerator. Remove the mold, but leave the film. Pour the icing over the cake. Spread on all sides. Raise the edges of the film.

Put on your uniform. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
