How to cook "Tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms"

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

First of all, we will deal with the filling. Peel and chop the mushrooms.

Remove the skin from the chicken thigh, separate the meat from the bone and chop finely. You can use chicken fillet, but the thigh will be juicier.

Fry the mushrooms with the chopped chicken until tender. You can also add finely chopped onions. 5 minutes before cooking, pour in the cream, add salt, paprika, black ground pepper.

While the filling is preparing, tackle the tomatoes. Cut off the top, spoon out the pulp with a spoon.

Fill the tomatoes with the prepared filling.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater, put a pinch of cheese on top of each tomato.

Place the tomatoes in the oven for 30 minutes.

10 minutes after the start of baking, when the cheese is already slightly melted, cover the tomatoes with tops.

The tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms are ready. The dish can be served both hot and chilled. Enjoy your meal!
