How to make "Biscuits with nuts"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

We send sugar, salt, cinnamon and an egg to a bowl. Beat with a whisk.

Add vegetable oil and vanilla, continue to beat.

Grind apricot kernels in a meat grinder and add to a bowl.

Chop the walnuts and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Pour flour and soda slaked with vinegar into a bowl. Knead the dough.

We make balls from the nut dough and put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
