Cooking description:
For the preparation of the dish, it is recommended to take fillets from small fish. It is it that is considered tender and juicy. The thickness of the batter can be adjusted. The thicker the dough is, the more evenly it will be distributed over the piece. The liquid batter will drip off during frying, but the fish pieces will be covered with a thin, crispy crust. Orly pike perch can also be served cold. The fish will become denser, but also no less tasty. The choice is yours!
