How to cook "Fried pumpkin in a pan"
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into large pieces.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Pour some oil into the skillet and sauté the onions until soft.
Add pumpkin and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until pumpkin is tender. Add some more oil.
Add spices and salt to the dish, stir and fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
