Homemade yoghurt is much healthier than store counterparts. It can be easily given to children with sweet additives, baked goods, or on an empty stomach. The product has already broken down the protein of cow's milk, so there will be no allergies in children!

How to cook "Yogurt in a slow cooker without jars"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. For starter, use plain classic yogurt without additives.
Pour the milk into the multicooker bowl, set the Soup mode on the display for 15-20 minutes and boil the milk. Then leave the lid of the appliance open, turn off the multicooker and cool the liquid to 30-35 degrees. If the temperature is higher, the yoghurt will not ferment.
Pour classic room temperature yoghurt into milk, stirring thoroughly. Then turn on the multicooker to the "Yogurt" mode for 2-3 hours, but no more.
Remove the bowl from the multicooker and let the yogurt cool down. Then cover the container with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, or better overnight. By morning, the yoghurt will be ready, and condensation will form on the film.
The dairy product will not have a dense texture, light and tasty.
The milk drink will taste gentle. It can be added to oatmeal and other cereals for breakfast, prepare desserts, serve with cookies, berries and fruits. To serve, pour the yoghurt into bowls, bowls or cups.
