How to Make Yeast-Free Diet Bread

Prepare your ingredients.

Activate the leaven. Since the bread will be without yeast, on one sourdough, it is necessary that it be as active as possible. To do this, take 70 ml. water, add sugar.

Add wheat sourdough, add 1 tablespoon of total wheat flour.

Stir the starter so that there are no lumps left, cover with foil and place in a warm place for about 3 hours for the starter to start "working".

A cap of bubbles appeared on the dough, you can put the dough on the bread.

Pour 230 ml into a container for kneading dough. water, add dough, flax seeds, salt, stir.

Pour in three types of flour: rye, oatmeal, wheat.

Knead the dough using the "hook" attachment, the dough is not too thick, it should be, it is "easier to lift".

Place the dough to rise in a warm place for 6-8 hours, during fermentation, knead it 2-3 times using the "stretch and fold" method.

Grease a baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil, lay out the dough, leave in a proofer for 1 hour.
