- Water - 200 Milliliters
- Onion - 150 Grams

- Black pepper - To taste (ground)
How to cook "Highland Meat"
Prepare all the ingredients you need to prepare mountain style meat.
Wash the lamb and cut into cubes.
Peel and chop the onion. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and put onions. Fry it over low heat for 5 minutes.
Raise heat to maximum and add lamb. Fry the meat for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
Cover and simmer over low heat for one hour. The meat should be soft, so it may take longer.
Pour flour into cold water and stir until smooth. Remove the lid from the pan and add the flour mass.
Add sour cream to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix everything and close the lid. Simmer over low heat until thickened and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
