- Milk - 120 Grams

How to cook "Charlotte" Delicate "

Prepare all ingredients.

Whisk soft butter with sugar.

Add the egg.

Stir and pour in milk.

Add flour and baking powder.

Stir everything until smooth.

Wash the apples, core them and cut into wedges.

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour or semolina. Spread the dough evenly. Arrange the apple slices on top, gently pressing them into the dough. Sprinkle apples with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
