When cooking stew, you should pay attention to the broth that is formed during stewing. If the broth has noticeably boiled down, and the meat has decreased in volume, then you can shift it into one jar. Tamp and hold in the oven for another 30 minutes. The stew turns out to be juicy and very tasty!

How to cook "Turkey stew in the oven"
Prepare the required ingredients. Sterilize the jars.
Wash the turkey, dry it with a paper towel. Separate from the bones and cut into small pieces. Leave the skin.
Transfer the prepared meat to a deep bowl. Add salt, pepper, and broken bay leaves. Stir.
Place the meat in sterilized jars. Tamp down. I took 1 can of 0.7 liters and 1 can of 0.5 liters.
Close the jar with a metal lid, without rubber attachments. Place the jars in a cold oven on a wire rack. Place a container of water on the bottom of the oven so that the fat released during cooking does not burn. Turn the oven to 150 degrees. From the moment the stew boils, mark 3-3.5 hours.
Remove the finished stew from the oven. Close the airtight lid. Turn over on its side and refrigerate in this position. Store the stew in the refrigerator or in a cool place where the temperature does not rise above +10 degrees.
