Prepare all ingredients.

Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons. warm water. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons. flour. Stir and let sit for 20 minutes.

Combine remaining water, vegetable oil and salt in a deep bowl.

Add yeast mixture and add flour in portions.

Knead the dough. The dough should be sticky enough, do not clog it with flour. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

The dough should increase in size by 1.5-2 times.

For the filling, combine the minced meat and the onion, cut into small cubes. Add cold water for juiciness, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

Divide the finished dough into 8-10 pieces, roll in flour and form into balls.

Then, alternately roll each bun into a circle and place the filling in the center.

Pinch the edges along the top, leaving a small hole in the middle. You can mold whites if you want a triangular shape.

Let them rise for 5-10 minutes.

Fry the whites in a large amount of vegetable oil over low heat. The first side to be roasted should be with a hole.
