- Dough - 2 packs Pieces (puff, yeast)

How to make Classic Bagels
We take the frozen puff pastry, open the package and lay out the plates separately from each other so that they become a little soft and cut them with a pizza knife so that we get triangles.
We take butter.
Melt it for 15-20 seconds in the microwave.
Lubricate the sliced dough with melted butter.
We take granulated sugar.
Sprinkle sugar on the buttered dough.
We roll the triangles from the wide edge to the narrow one.
We take a baking sheet, lay it out with parchment paper or tracing paper.
We transfer our bagels to a baking sheet. For two packets of dough, you need two baking sheets.
Grease the bagels with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
We leave for 10 minutes on the table for the dough to rise. Then we bake in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and remove the bagels. While the bagels are hot, it is not advisable to lay them on top of each other.
The baking time depends on the power of your oven. It may take more or less minutes.
