How to make "Rye cookies with honey"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Mix warm milk, honey and vegetable oil in a bowl until smooth.

Add both flours, baking powder.

Knead a soft, pliable dough. Light crumbling is allowed, but the dough should not crumble. Roll it into a ball.

Lightly dust the work surface with rye flour. Roll out a layer 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle with sugar and roll again with a rolling pin.

Cut the cookies out into cookie cutters. Turn the oven 180 degrees.

Transfer the cookies to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
