How to make Orlando Tongue Salad
Prepare all ingredients. Boil the tongue and eggs in advance until tender.
Cut onion and mushrooms into cubes and fry separately in butter. Place the fried mushrooms in the first layer. Season with salt, pepper and brush with mayonnaise.
Top with diced cucumbers (squeeze the cucumbers out of excess moisture beforehand). Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise.
Peel the tongue, cut into small strips and lay in the next layer. Pepper, salt and brush with mayonnaise.
Next comes a layer of fried onions. Salt and brush the layer with mayonnaise.
