Traditionally, okroshka is prepared with bread kvass. But not only. Often it is based on kefir, sour cream, carbonated water, ayran, yogurt. Preparing this soup is quick and easy. The composition includes boiled meat or boiled sausage, eggs, cucumbers, green or onions, potatoes, herbs.

Ingredients:
- Whey - 700 Milliliters (milk)
- Eggs - 2-3 Pieces (boiled)
- Sausage - 200 Grams (milk)
- Cucumber - 1-2 Pieces (fresh)
- Onions - 0.5 Pieces
- Dill - 10 Grams
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Sour cream - 3-4 Art. spoons
- Salt - To taste

How to cook "Okroshka on whey"

Prepare all the ingredients for making okroshka.

Wash the cucumber, peel and finely cut into cubes. Place in a saucepan.

Cut the boiled sausage into small cubes as well. Add to cucumber.

Boil potatoes, cool and peel. Chop finely and place in a saucepan. Add the chopped onion.

Hard-boiled eggs, chill, peel and chop finely. Add to saucepan.

Finely chop the dill and add to the okroshka.

Add sour cream to the saucepan.

Add the whey and salt to taste.

Stir all the okroshka ingredients.

Okroshka with whey is ready. Can be served at the table. Enjoy your meal!
