Prepare your vegetables.
Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, rinse and dry a little. Cut the zucchini into small cubes or sticks.
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add a little salt. Transfer vegetables to a saucepan, cook for 4 minutes from the moment of boiling.
After a while, transfer the vegetables to a sieve and cool under cold water. That's it, the vegetables are ready to serve.
