- Water - 125 Milliliters
- Milk - 125 Milliliters
- Salt - 3/4 Teaspoons
- Sugar - 2 Teaspoons
- Wheat sourdough - 50 Grams (I use Levito Madre sourdough)
- Flour - 200 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters

How to make Sourdough Fritters

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour milk and water into a bowl for kneading dough, add salt, sugar, put in the leaven. Stir well, leave warm for about 1 hour to activate the starter.

Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover with cling film and leave for 5-6 hours. It is better to do this in the evening and leave it overnight.

In the morning, the dough looks fluffy, with bubbles, from which you can already bake pancakes.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, fry the pancakes on both sides until tender.

Serve the pancakes with sour cream, jam, or jam, however you like. It is delicious!
