How to make Puffed Meatball Pie

Prepare the required ingredients.

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Finely chop the green onion.

Add chopped onion and sour cream to the bowl. Stir well.

Add flour, baking powder.

The dough should look like a pancake.

In a separate bowl, combine the minced meat, salt, pepper, onion grated on a coarse grater.

Stir well.

Roll the meatballs out of the minced meat. If the minced meat is thin, then put the meatballs in the freezer for 7-10 minutes.

Grease a mold with sides liberally with oil, pour out the dough. Press the meatballs lightly into the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pie for 25 minutes.
