How to cook "Bulgur pilaf in a slow cooker"

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and put onion chopped with feathers or half rings. Set to Fry and cook until soft.

Then add the sliced meat.

Fry, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden brown.

Add the carrots, cut into strips. Add oil if necessary and cook everything together for another 10 minutes.

Then add salt, spices and boiling water. There should be enough water so that it almost completely covers the meat. Simmer the meat on the "Braise" or "Bake" mode for about 20-30 minutes.

Then add the garlic cloves.

And evenly distribute the washed cereal on top.

Pour in water and, if necessary, add salt to taste. There should be enough water so that it is slightly higher than bulgur, about 1-1.5 cm. Close the multicooker with a lid and set the "Pilaf" mode. Cook until you hear a beep.

Bulgur pilaf in a slow cooker is ready. Stir the pilaf before serving.

Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
If you do not have the "Pilaf" mode in the multicooker, then you can replace it with "Loose porridge", "Buckwheat", "Rice", etc.
