Prepare the ingredients for making pita bread with potatoes.
Boil the potatoes in salted water and mash them in mashed potatoes, adding hot milk. For the recipe, use potatoes that are quick to cook and lightly boiled. The puree will be soft and tender, but not runny. You can pepper it to taste.
Pour finely chopped dill into slightly cooled potatoes and stir. The filling is ready.
Cut the pita bread into strips of about 9x25 cm. Place 1-1.5 tbsp on one edge. fillings.
