How to cook "Peking cabbage and saury salad"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Boil the egg hard. By the way, instead of a chicken egg, you can use several quail eggs.

Chop the cabbage into medium-sized pieces, I don't cut it too small, I like it when the ingredients are large enough in this salad.

Cut the eggs into medium sized pieces. But chop the onion finely. However, it can be cut into half rings and pickled.

Grate the carrots in a Korean style and add to the salad.

Mash the saury lightly with a fork, just a little, so that the pieces are not too large. I mix the oil in which the fish was in it with mayonnaise - it turns out very tasty.

Mix mayonnaise with saury oil (you can just add mayonnaise) and add to salad.

Stir the salad, add salt if necessary.
