- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Pepper stuffed with zucchini"

Prepare the ingredients for making zucchini stuffed peppers.

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Cut the courgettes for the filling into small cubes.

Cook round rice in salted water until half cooked, then drain the water.

Dice the onion and grate the carrots for the filling.

Stir the filling - rice, zucchini, onions and carrots. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stuff the pepper with the filling and put in a saucepan, pouring tomato paste, diluted with water to taste. Simmer the peppers over a low heat for 25 minutes.

The dish is ready.
