Such cabbage rolls can be made from any meat. But if you want the dish to be really dietary, take veal, chicken, turkey or lean pork.

Ingredients:
- Meat - 500 Grams (I have veal)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- White loaf - 70 Grams
- Boiled rice - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Sunflower oil - 20 Milliliters
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- White cabbage - 150 Grams
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste

How to cook "Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in a double boiler"

Prepare the ingredients for making lazy cabbage rolls.

Soak a white loaf or loaf in cold water and squeeze. Peel and wash one onion. Pass the loaf and onion through a meat grinder. I had some green onions and used them too.

Salt the minced meat to taste and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Add boiled rice.

Finely chop the cabbage and boil for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the water, cool the cabbage and add to the minced meat, mix.

Shape into oblong cabbage rolls from the minced meat and place in a steamer bowl.

Steam the lazy cabbage rolls for 15 minutes.

Make the stuffed cabbage sauce. Grate the carrots, put in a pan with oil. Simmer for 7-8 minutes. Then add the tomato paste.

Add salt and sugar to taste.

Pour in some water and stir the sauce.

Boil the sauce for 7-8 minutes and turn it off.

Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in a double boiler are ready. Can be served at the table.
