A casserole of pasta and chicken hearts is prepared quite simply, but in several stages. How to make Pasta and Chicken Hearts Casserole
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel the onions and carrots, rinse, dry. Cut the onion into small half rings, grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Rinse the chicken hearts, peel and cut into medium pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, put carrots and onions, fry for a few minutes, add hearts, cook for another 15 minutes, you can add a little water and simmer hearts.
Boil the pasta until tender, transfer to the pan, stir, add salt and pepper.
Transfer the pasta and hearts to an ovenproof dish. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve the cooked casserole.
