To strengthen the immune system in the autumn-winter cold, it is not necessary to buy medicines or expensive immunostimulants - just prepare a berry duet with honey, which can be eaten fresh, added to tea, coffee, and other drinks. It is prepared literally in a few minutes, and it is stored for about a month, but always in the cold!

How to cook "Cranberry with honey"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Pour the cranberries into a deep container, add water and rinse the berries, removing the stems and leaves.
Drain the water, sprinkle the berries on a paper towel and blot from excess moisture. Then transfer to the bowl of a food processor or food chopper. If you wish, you can pour the cranberries into a deep container and smooth them out with a press for boiled potatoes, the main thing is that the berry splashes do not fly in all directions!
Grind for 2-3 minutes using pulsed mode. Do not add honey to the container - stir in the product afterwards.
Put the berry mass in a deep plate. Add floral honey of your choice. Stir well so that the honey is evenly distributed throughout the pureed berry mass.
Put the vitamin mix in a jar or container, close tightly and store in the refrigerator, removing as needed. A delicious breakfast is made from toasted toast, greased with butter and such berry jam. Don't forget about tea or coffee!
