How to cook "Fried mussels with onions"

Prepare all ingredients. Remove the mussels from the freezer in advance.

Defrost the mussels and rinse well under running water, dry.

Peel the onion, rinse and dry. Then cut the onion into small cubes.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, shift the onions and mussels.

Fry the mussels for 7-10 minutes, stir occasionally to prevent them from burning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
