Cooking description:
Meat hodgepodge is often a festive dish, since it is not cheap. But, of course, on weekdays you can also afford it, especially if there is boiled meat left, which no one in the family eats. There are also leftovers of sausages, sausages and other meat products. But I, as a rule, cook the hodgepodge on purpose, without waiting for the necessary ingredients to be collected. Solyanka is called the national team for a reason. You can add any boiled meat, sausage, ham, boiled pork, boiled tongue to the pan. Of course, in order for the dish to turn out delicious, you should take high-quality products.
