Shrimp of any size can be purchased at the supermarket or fish store. Choose a product without ice shell, as sellers build ice on seafood to increase their weight, sometimes two to three times the weight of the shrimp themselves. When frying, add a variety of spices and herbs to your liking.

- Shrimp - 400 Grams
- Dried garlic - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Lemon - 1/4 Piece

How to cook "Shrimp with Garlic"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Defrost the shrimps half an hour before cooking, drain the water. Remove shrimp with dark spots inside the shell.

Heat a thick-bottomed pan or cauldron on the stove, pour vegetable oil into it. Reduce heat to moderate, heat oil in a container and add seafood to it. Add dried garlic and season with salt. You can use fresh garlic or garlic arrows instead of dried garlic.

Fry the shrimp for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally to cook evenly. During frying, the shrimp will release water, simmer until the water evaporates and they are properly browned. Other spices can be added at this point.

Place the cooked dish on a plate, drizzle with lemon juice, squeezing out a quarter of a lemon.

Garnish the fried shrimp with lemon slices, fresh herbs and serve warm.
