How to cook "Mango Curd Casserole"
Prepare the required ingredients.
Put cottage cheese, 1 egg and protein, sour cream, sugar, salt and starch into a bowl. Set aside the yolk.
Punch with a hand blender until smooth.
Peel the mango, cut it into random pieces and transfer it to the bowl with the curd mass.
Use a spatula to stir the mango into the curd. Turn the oven 180 degrees.
Grease the mold liberally with butter. Spread out the mass, smooth out.
Brush the top of the casserole with egg yolk. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven.
